Welcome to my website. Here you can find information about my professional work as a food creative, our family farm, my recipes, blog and press reviews of my food.

A Chef, food photographer and all round food content freelancer, I work for many different clients in Manchester, Leeds, London and beyond.

I am also available as a passionate & creative food stylist with broad experience working on TV dramas and adverts as well as photographic shoots for print and digital output.

Whether I’m creating a brief or, bringing your own brief into action, I love researching ideas and drawing upon my food knowledge from 20 years working as a professional chef.
